Abstract

|
|
Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is a rare vascular tumor usually occurs in soft tissue. It rarely occurs in nasal cavity and paranasal sinus. This tumor is potentially recurrent that radical surgical resection plays an important role for better management. There are limited cases of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma in nasal cavity especially invading skull base. In this report, we describe a 51-year-old female with recurrent epithelioid hemangioendothelioma in sinonasal cavity invading adjacent skull base.
